The Silent Heart in ANCA-Associated Vasculitis
The 2026 French national protocol for ANCA-associated vasculitis, read from a cardiac perspective: nearly one death in three is cardiac in eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis, and no treatment trial in ANCA-associated vasculitis has had a cardiac end point.

Dr. Brahim Abdelouaeb is a general practitioner in Paris whose practice includes cardiac imaging. He is the author of the French treatise Cardioimmunologie, of La Méthode (in English, The Method) and of Le Bilan, and the editor of Cardioimmunology Review.
